This return policy only applies to customers within the United States and its territories. At this time we cannot allow merchandise returns for our Canadian customers. All international purchases are final.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Conditions for Return
Note we only provide this service based on the item is damaged on arrival, or there’s an error on our part.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Return
*Please email us at email@example.com with your order ID and issue details or images if needed. After we receive your email, and have confirmed that your product is eligible for return, we will provide you with the return address for the item. Unless your item is damaged on arrival, or there’s an error on our part, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
*Ship the package at your local USPS, UPS or FedEx drop-off location.
HOTBEETOYS will endeavor to issue a refund to the instrument of purchase within 10 business days of receiving an unused returned product that complies with the conditions for return set forth above. HOTBEETOYS reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your order.
